over everything now and to base your
buy/sell decisions on magazines and
newspaper articles could be hazardous to
your wealth.

has ridden through many market cycles and

deals but be careful of the downside risk.
But above all, don’t hide from the market.
4. Use a
professional agent in real estate. Well, an
obvious plug but we are watching the market
every day and we are talking to other
brokers constantly. We may catch things that
other non-industry people never see.
